Meghan Green
Meghan did her 10 weeks at the Bellevue location in October of 2019. Her and her family moved across town so she began training at the Northwest location in January of 2021. She began instructing classes in November of 2021. Meghan enjoys that she has 45 minutes just for herself when she comes to the gym. With 5 kiddos, a husband and a job, those 45 minutes are precious. Meghan's favorite strength exercise are dead lifts for the hamstrings and her favorite kickboxing combo is front knee, back roundhouse, cross, hook. Meghan enjoys eating anything sweet (mostly ice cream) or full of carbs on her fun day, but she's currently loving her meal of chicken sausage with a Kodiak protein waffle. Another favorite is the famed Buffalo Chicken Dip!!!! Her advice to you is "Give yourself some grace. Your FXB journey is just that, YOURS. Don't compare it to anyone else's. Celebrate your successes, no matter how small they seem. "Failure is a lesson learned. Success is a lesson applied."
