
Michael Brandt
Michael started his FXB journey with his 10 weeks in January of 2019. He quickly became a class time coach and then started instructing in November of 2020. You will mostly see him at 5am or 6pm classes. He instructs both Kickboxing and Strength classes. He is also our National Challenge $10K Coach. His favorite strength exercise is a narrow grip curl to work those biceps and for Kickboxing he enjoys a classic Jab, Jab, Cross, Switchfoot Kick. Michael always makes room for Tacos in his meal plan; but when he has a fun day he enjoys a good pizza. Michael's words of advice to you are " Start by showing up. Understand that change doesn't happen overnight, but it's a long-term lifestyle change. No matter how hard it may get, don't give up; You deserve to be the best version of yourself."
