I started Farrell's in January of 2015 with my husband, because I wanted to try something new and have a partner with me. I had been yo-yoing back and forth with my weight, and after my fourth child the weight never seemed to go anywhere, except up. Since starting Farrell's, I have lost almost 25 pounds and about 10 percent body fat.
After finishing my 10 week program I was asked to Coach, which gave me more passion for the program. Then, in the summer of 2015 we held a Jr. FXB program at Midtown and that's when I began to instruct.
I love to see people push themselves farther than they ever thought they could go. I love to see how people transform physically but also mentally.
At Farrell's I feel like every workout is a new one, plus I have made a lot of friends, people I see everyday that care if I am there.
